Happy ------------ Honey!

I'm not allowed to mention the word left out of the title. But Tom "enjoyed" another of these days that come once a year for each of us personally. "Enjoyed" is probably too strong a word. I'm not technically allowed to celebrate the day in any way. Mourning isn't allowed either. We basically hold our breath and wait for the 24 hour period to pass. I exaggerate, of course. I was allowed to make steak sandwiches for dinner, take Tom out for ice cream, and bake a cherry pie. Tom did not have to help with dishes.

Incidentally . . . sorry for the group picture. But Tom only poses these days with his entourage.

P.S. I remind Tom that the rules applicable for his day do not in any way apply to mine. So Tom better get planning NOW!

  2. Since I'm not on restriction I can wish Tom a very Happy Birthday!!! Sorry my life is so crazy I didn't get a chance to call and sing with all our melodious voices, but you were spared for your actual day...doesn't mean we won't call on Friday on the air to wish you a happy day!

  3. Still crazy is right! That's why you fit in so well with the rest of us at the asylum! Grandma Lear says when its your ___________, its your ______________ all week! I guess that calls for a week of holding your breathe and gorging!
